Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded if you paid it in that case.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed if you paid it in that case once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund if you paid it in that case. You will be notified of the same by email.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction, it may take up to 10-15 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by SARI DEAL.


Logistics charges are to be borne by the customer for the product which he had ordered online and the seller’s price includes the logistics charges and it is defined based on the geographical location of the seller and the purchaser. Sarifab.om does not charge for logistics.

When you (customer) order any product at Sarifab.com, an alert message will be sent to the product seller, who in turn packs the product and inform shoppers mart when it is ready for dispatch. Immediately, Sarifab.com sends an alert message to its logistics partner, who in turn collects the product at the site of the product seller and delivers the product safely at the earliest to the customer.

Upon, delivering the product to the customer either prepaid basis or cash on delivery, the customer can receive his ordered product from our logistics partner. The customer can give his feedback at our website about his satisfaction of delivery time and also about the product which he has ordered to help Sari Deal to give/provide a rating to the products/ our logistics partner.

The delivery time of the products ordered may differ on account of the geographical location of the seller and the customer who purchases it online and also based the availability of product in-stock and most importantly business days plays an important role for delivery. i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays.

If the customer wishes to return the product, he/she has to contact our customer care service, who will explain the procedure for the same. The proposed product to be returned has to be properly packed and should be handed over to our logistics partner. The logistics charges will be borne by the seller and upon receiving the confirmation from the product seller, your refund will be made within 2 to 3 days of business days.

In-case upon the return of the product, where our logistics partner does not serve, then you have to send it through a third party logistics service provider at your place to the product seller.

Based on the pin code information, you provide while ordering the product it will be decided whether the cash on delivery facility is available or not. In case it not available you are advised to make online payment in order to receive your desired product at the earliest. 


Return & Replacement



Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.


Returns are subject to the Seller's return policy. Returns are covered by the 7 Day.

Returns including all replacements/pickups are done free of cost by sarifab.com.


In case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you for Product(s) is transferred to your account shipping and gift wrapping charges will not be reimbursed by Sarifab.com.


In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.


Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case a Replacement is not available, Seller will refund the amount for the same..




If you are not satisfied with the Clothing and Footwear item delivered, you can request an exchange in a different size or colour. All this again, at no extra cost to you. Be sure to check the Seller's Return Policy when buying or before initiating a return for exchange.

The exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked

If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described, you can return it to get a replacement within 2 days of delivery from sellers with Sarifab.com or within 2 days of delivery from other Sellers.

Please contact us with a replacement request. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost.




  • Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products & wrong sizes.
  • If prepaid orders will somehow be returned then we will not give a refund, send a query on Hellosarifab@gmail.com we will dispatch it again.
  • Payment Refunds are applicable only in case incorrect product delivery for only Prepaid Orders.
  • No refund is initiated for COD orders.
  • Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.



Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for similar size or a different size if the wrong product is delivered.

Return Intimation:

You can Email Us at Hellosarifab@gmail.com within 15 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

Guidelines for a valid return:

  • A product, if any, should be in original condition
  • A box should be retained and returned
